The future of home cooking arrived in Naperville this weekend.
On Saturday, July 25, 2026, I attended a special launch event at Patel Brothers Grocery in Naperville, Illinois, where shoppers had the opportunity to experience Nosh: The World’s First Intelligent AI Robo-Chef for Homes firsthand. The event gave attendees a closer look at one of the most innovative kitchen appliances we’ve seen this year and offered a glimpse into how artificial intelligence is beginning to reshape everyday cooking.
One of the highlights of the event was meeting the team behind Nosh. I had the opportunity to speak with Yatin Varachhia, CEO and Co-Founder of Nosh, along with Amit Gupta, Co-Founder of Nosh. Their shared vision was clear: make fresh, home-cooked meals easier for busy families without sacrificing quality or flavor. I also met with Swetal Patel from Patel Brothers Grocery, who was excited to host event for Nosh.
Unlike traditional multicookers or smart kitchen appliances, Nosh goes far beyond simple automation. The countertop appliance combines artificial intelligence, precision induction cooking, automated ingredient dispensing, and robotic stirring into a single system that prepares meals with minimal hands-on cooking. Users simply prepare and load fresh ingredients, choose a recipe through the companion app, and Nosh manages the cooking process from start to finish.
What makes Nosh especially exciting is that it solves a real problem. Instead of standing over the stove stirring, monitoring temperatures, and adding ingredients throughout the cooking process, users can spend that time with family, finish work, or simply relax while dinner cooks itself.
At a retail price of $1,499, Nosh positions itself as a premium smart kitchen appliance for households that value convenience, fresh cooking, and time savings. While it represents a significant investment, it also introduces an entirely new category of AI-powered home cooking that few competitors currently offer.
For shoppers interested in bringing Nosh into their own kitchens, the appliance is available for pre-order directly through the company’s website at https://us.letsnosh.io/product.
After seeing Nosh in action and hearing directly from its founders, it’s easy to understand why there’s growing excitement around this product. Rather than adding technology for technology’s sake, Nosh focuses on making one of life’s daily routines simpler and more enjoyable.
We’ll be spending more time with Nosh in the coming weeks and look forward to sharing a full GadgetGram review soon.
