Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

The GadgetGram, LLC Insider Email Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by GadgetGram, LLC (“Sponsor”), with principal operations located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win:

  • Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of GadgetGram, LLC;
  • Immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) of such individuals; and
  • Any employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, representatives, or affiliates of Sponsor’s business partners, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, fulfillment providers, or companies involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the date announced by Sponsor and continues until terminated, modified, or replaced by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to establish specific entry periods, drawing dates, and prize schedules, which may be announced through Sponsor’s website, email communications, or social media channels.

5. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter by:

  1. Signing up for the GadgetGram, LLC Insider Email List; and
  2. Maintaining an active subscription to the Insider Email List through the applicable drawing date.

An individual may receive only one (1) entry unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.

Entries become void if the participant unsubscribes from the Insider Email List before the drawing date.

Automated entries, bots, scripts, or other artificial methods of entry are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

For planning and disclosure purposes, Sponsor estimates odds of approximately one (1) winner per two thousand (2,000) eligible entries. Actual odds may vary based on the total number of active eligible entrants.

7. Winner Selection

Potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Sponsor may utilize artificial intelligence tools, randomization software, computerized random selection systems, or other random-selection technologies to conduct the drawing.

All decisions of Sponsor regarding winner selection, eligibility, and administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified using the email address associated with their Insider Email subscription.

A potential winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, or such other period designated by Sponsor.

If a potential winner:

  • Cannot be contacted;
  • Fails to respond within the required time period;
  • Is determined to be ineligible;
  • Refuses the prize; or
  • Fails to complete required documentation,

Sponsor may disqualify that individual and select an alternate winner.

9. Prize Description

Prize descriptions, quantities, approximate retail values, and other prize details will be disclosed in the applicable Sweepstakes announcement.

Certain prizes may be used, opened, reviewed, tested, demonstrated, refurbished, incomplete, or otherwise not in new condition.

Acceptance of a prize may require execution of Sponsor’s Prize Acceptance and Release Agreement.

All prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

10. Prize Fulfillment

Prizes will be shipped or mailed by Sponsor from Indianapolis, Indiana.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undeliverable shipments.

Risk of loss transfers to the winner upon delivery to the carrier or upon delivery to the winner, as permitted by applicable law.

11. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, local, provincial, territorial, or other taxes, fees, assessments, or reporting obligations associated with receiving or using a prize.

Sponsor may require completion of tax documentation, including IRS Form W-9, and may issue IRS Form 1099 or other tax reporting documents when required by law.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, social media handle, and prize information for advertising, promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes worldwide in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

  • Violates these Official Rules;
  • Attempts to tamper with the entry process or Sweepstakes operation;
  • Uses automated entry methods;
  • Provides false or misleading information; or
  • Engages in conduct deemed disruptive, fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, legal issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

14. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless GadgetGram, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, partners, and service providers from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.

15. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.

16. Governing Law and Venue

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and participants consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Winner List

To request the name of a winner, send a written request to:
